Yahoo Edges Out Google in Customer Satisfaction Barely
Yahoo s customer satisfaction beat out Google by 1 point. The University of Michigan report indicated a 79-78 victory for Yahoo. The hairline win was less impressive than the overall, respective gain and loss by both players. Google s 78 rating is down 3.7 points and Yahoo is up 3.9 over last year.
